Special Needs Elementary Schools' Clinical Supervision In Indonesia

The relevance and challenges of clinical supervision for effective teaching learning in Elementary schools with special needs exploring through descriptive survey research. We collected data using twenty questionnaire items from 429 respondents consisting principals teachers analyzed them t-test statistics. research findings reveal several relevancies learning: improving teacher classroom behavior supporting students' learning. Clinical management has challenges, including disagreements on collaboration between principals, lack trained supervisors, inadequate supervisors various areas specialization, time constraints. Based these findings, this study recommends that the Management Board elementary requires at least once a month.
